"One of the things that really drew me to CNC Machining is that I got to be creative and hands-on. I really love the people I work with because they don't look at me as just a young student in a shop - that's a girl, especially. And they really help me learn. Along with machining and measuring and tool setup, set up for the machining part. I also program some of the parts that I'm doing, so they give me simpler parts to program on. But I'm just learning, so I'm getting better at it, which is good. I'm excited to learn the processes of molds and how to make parts and how to make everyday things that would be so cool.”
